These terms cover services from MainStreet Replies ("we," "us"). Each client also signs a short service agreement before we touch their listing. If the two ever differ, the signed agreement controls.
Google Business Profile is free from Google. We are not Google and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. We charge only for our own work. Please read Google's notice on working with a third party.
We write and post replies to your Google reviews in your business's voice. Every new review gets a reply within 48 hours (our "48-hour standard"). Negative reviews are checked by a person before anything is posted.
$200 per month, month-to-month, no setup fee. Cancel anytime.
You always remain the owner of your Google Business Profile. We only ever ask to be added as a manager, and we never ask for your password. Only you can claim and verify your listing. We act on your listing and reply to reviews only with your written permission.
Email hello@mainstreetreplies.com or reply "cancel" to any of our emails. We stop billing at the end of the current month (plus the $99 fee, if it applies) and remove our access to your listing within 7 business days. We never keep access to your listing over money owed. You can also remove us from your listing yourself at any time.
We don't control Google and can't guarantee search rankings, review ratings, verification results, or more customers.
Our services are provided as described here. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
If we change prices or terms for an active client, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email first.
