No. Google lets you add us as a manager on your Business Profile. You stay the owner and can remove us anytime.
Will the replies sound like a robot?
No. We match your shop's tone, mention specifics from the review, and avoid copy-paste responses. That's why we start with free samples.
What about bad reviews?
Every negative review is read by a person and answered calmly and professionally. We never argue with customers or share private details.
Is there a contract?

Does Google charge for my listing?
